BOXING AT KAOS

Training Hours: Thursday 5:45 – 6:45pm / Friday 5 – 6pm

Boxing is for those whose goals are to compete at amateur or professional levels of the sport or those wanting to get fit and healthy.

Here at KAOS Martial Arts, classes are catered for all levels of ability including beginners who wish to learn the fundamentals of boxing or simply improve their fitness level, through to experienced fighters wanting to sharpen their skills.

Do you use a grading system?

Yes we do. Karate is a belt system; Muay Thai is a singlet system. Gradings are held 3 times a year.

What do I need to wear?

Clothes you feel comfortable in. eg. Singlet + gym pants or shorts. We do not train in shoes, they are not needed.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a towel and water bottle. If you have your own gloves and shin guards, please bring them with you.

Do I have to fight?

Absolutely not. You are welcome to train with no obligation to fight.

Do I need experience to train?

No experience is required to train at Kaos. We teach from beginners to experienced.
